Hudson Valley’s newest waterfront brunch spot- River Pavillion, Kingston

Hudson Valley’s newest waterfront brunch spot: Hutton Brickyards’ open-air live fire restaurant River Pavilion (Kingston, NY) is launching brunch this Sunday, May 14th (Mother’s Day).

Wood-fired ovens and grills are the centerpieces of the open-air restaurant pavilion located on the banks of the Hudson River. Uninterrupted panoramas of the Hudson River set the stage for unforgettable meals. Serving elevated cuisine inspired by the Hudson Valley’s bounty and using ingredients sourced from nearby farms, River Pavilion’s menu celebrates the freshness and integrity of local producers. The all-woman kitchen team is led by Executive Chef Paige Rodano and Executive Sous Chef Lily Burns.

The just-launched spring brunch menu features plates like the FRISÉE (lemon vinaigrette, poached egg, bacon lardons) and BURRATA (snap pea pesto, tri-color heirloom tomatoes, lioni burrata, basil vinaigrette); wood-fired pizzas like the SMOKED SALMON (catsmo lox, pickled red onion, capers, red watercress, dill cream); and mains including JAMON BEURRE (baguette, 2 fried hermance farms eggs, speck, truffle butter, chatham creamery camembert), and LEMON-BLUEBERRY FRENCH TOAST (challah french toast, lemon blueberry compote, whipped ronnybrook cream).

Spring cocktail menu highlights include the fruit-forward CHA CHA CHA (novo fogo cachaca rum, pineapple chunks, toasted coconut flakes, cream of coconut, lime); THE SOUR ANNIE (caravedo pisco, rhubarb + rose simple syrup, aquafaba, lemon); and the MEERKAT (bulleit bourbon whiskey, chamomile, elderflower, honeycomb, mint sprig).

Special for Mother’s Day: every mom or mother figure will receive a complimentary glass of champagne or a champagne spritz with brunch. For the moms that need a staycation? Stays at Hutton Brickyards – including riverfront individual cabins – are 25% off during Mother’s Day Weekend.

Brunch will be served on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10AM to 2:00PM. Reservations encouraged; available HERE.
