Catskills Roller Disco 2025: Glitter, Grooves & Good Vibes Roll Into Accord

Skate Time, Accord, NY | Saturday, June 14 | 7–11 PM

Disco balls, BjornQorn, and a dance floor on eight wheels? Yes, please. The iconic Catskills Roller Disco is back for its seventh year, and it’s shaping up to be the most sparkly one yet. Taking over Skate Time in Accord, NY, this annual throwback bash has become a cornerstone of upstate summer, where locals and weekenders alike don their wildest outfits and skate into the night.

This year's event is brought to you by none other than Wolf + Lamb, in collaboration with Defected Records’ Anna Collecta, David Kiss of House of Yes, and Disco Chalet’s Laura Lynn. Expect the usual roller disco magic—plus a few new tricks up its sequined sleeve.

🎉 What to Expect

  • Best Dressed Awards – Bring your A-game: gold lamé, fringe, glitter, neon, or full-on ’70s fantasy. Hosted by Jennifer Donovan of Le Shag.

  • BjornQorn Popcorn Bar – The cult classic snack gets its own spotlight. Because no one wants to disco on an empty stomach.

  • Tipsy Skate Tutorials – A gentle nudge (and a wobbly start) for anyone who's been off skates since the 8th grade.

  • Hudson Valley Libations – Local beer, cider, and wine flowing all night.

And of course, the music. With Wolf + Lamb leading the sonic charge, the night will pulse with a euphoric blend of underground house, disco classics, and left-field dancefloor cuts.

💿 Spotlight: Sean Nutley — The Mayor of Cool

If you’ve been to a memorable party in the Hudson Valley, chances are Sean B. Nutley had something to do with it. Born on Staten Island but deeply rooted in Accord, Sean is a creative force who has helped reshape the social and cultural scene of upstate New York. From co-producing the Disco Chalet winter pop-up to helping launch the Stockade Faire, Sean’s curatorial fingerprints are all over some of the Catskills’ most beloved gatherings.

What sets him apart? Vision, heart, and serious flair. With a sharp eye for style and a deep love for joyful community events, Sean has helped turn Catskills Roller Disco from a quirky idea into a can’t-miss tradition. As the unofficial “Mayor of Cool” (a title lovingly bestowed by the local scene), Sean brings together artists, creatives, DJs, and dreamers—spinning connection as easily as he spins on skates.

🎧 Meet the Vibe Curator: Laura Lynn

You may know Laura Lynn from behind the decks at underground parties in Brooklyn or tucked in a cozy DJ booth at a Catskills hideout—but on June 14, she’ll be leading the charge at the roller disco. Laura brings a unique flavor to the turntables: a warm, intuitive mix of disco, house, and electro with just enough grit to make you move.

Originally from Taos, New Mexico, Laura has carved out her space in the northeast scene with a sound that’s soulful, stylish, and just the right amount of unexpected. A resident DJ at the Disco Chalet and a regular on the upstate circuit, she’s just as much a community builder as she is a vibe setter.

This year, she’s not just DJing—she’s co-presenting the event alongside longtime collaborators and friends. With her at the helm, expect grooves that shimmer, dip, and soar.
