The Heart of O+: “The Art of Medicine for the Medicine of Art”

O+ isn’t just another festival—it’s a movement. Behind the scenes, local doctors, dentists, mental-health professionals, and bodyworkers provide free, vital care to participating artists and musicians. In exchange, these creatives share their art and music with the community. Since its start in 2010, O+ has facilitated thousands of medical, dental, and wellness treatments for underinsured creatives across the Hudson Valley and beyond.

In 2023, O+ expanded its impact with a year-round exchange-based clinic in Kingston, ensuring artists and musicians can access care every day of the year—not just during the festival.
